Gorgeous Vintage Skirt in cheerful colors w/ coordinating belt & elastic waist

Party Time Vibes! Vintage Elastic waist skirt w/ coordinating belt or use as a head wrap! Pops of color in a floral design top the white cotton background. You may need to wear a slip underneath this skirt depending on comfort. This skirt does not have any labels, but I believe it to be a size M or small L. Approx Measurements: Waist, 15.5” Length 26.5” **There is some slight yellowing at the base of the skirt. It is very hard to capture in photos & really not noticeable, but did include some photos to try to show.
