Marked Size 8 and true to size Very good condition. True Vintage, not sure what decade Comes with the belt. Measurements of bust is 18'' underarm to underarm laying flat and waist is 15'' stretch out. yes, there is stretch on the waist. Length of dress is 49'' from shoulder to peekaboo hem ONE OF A KIND!!! VERY HIGH END QUALITY
