Gorgeous Vintage Dress 1980s!

Beautiful dress from the 1980s is used but in very good condition. One of a kind, it has a black background and pretty pink roses. Sleeves are slightly fluttered, and it has a mandarin collar and even shoulder pads!! Lovely layers accent the waist and cascade down on the sides. Made of 100% rayon, dry clean only. If you love the vintage look, this is your dress-a real stunner! Measures approximately 47” from shoulder to hem, and 28” in waist area. Sized 5-6 or small.
