Gorgeous Velvet Open Jacket NWOT

Gorgeous, high quality velvet open jacket with silk lining. Hand made in Vietnam. I bought it at the Denver Mart and didn’t realize until too late that the sleeves were too long. It’s such a beautiful piece that I decided to sell rather than try to hem the sleeves. Sleeves measure about 25” from shoulder. Perfect cover up for that special event. NWOT.
