Gorgeous Velvet Fit & Flare Skirt

Gorgeous fit & flare type of skirt. Don’t know the brand, but it is a size 66 in Korea, which is a medium in US. The first picture is NOT the skirt, just to show the fit. Originally bought it for myself at a thrift store, hoping it would fit but it did not. So beautiful, can be dressed up or down.
