🔮 Gorgeous VTG 70's black polka dot dress. 🔮

This is so pretty!! It's moderately sheer and a slip may be needed underneath. It's black and has raised polka dots on it. Perfect for a night out, or a holiday party, but can even be worn casually. Excellent condition. No tags. Measurements are as follows: resting elastic waist is 24 inches when stretched it is 34 inches. Length is 43 inches. Pit to pit it is 20". I believe the fabric is polyester and it has some stretch to it.
