poshfabfashion @kathymom I think the medium would fit...the elastic band up top measures about 15 across unstretched but stretches nicely up to about 19"....I think this size would be best. The small I believe would be too tight up top.

poshfabfashion @candycane57 the waist on the medium is about 11 inches unstretched and can stretch to about 19 inches laying flat.....the large is about 12 inches flat across and stretches up to 21 inches flat. The colors are black...muted in tone with grays....let me know if I can answer anything else! Thanks for your patience! 😘💕
