Gorgeous Skirt with Bottom Ruffle - Size S/XS

If this skirt fit me, I’d keep it. No size tag, but it measures 14” in the waist and length is 16”. Feels like silk but is poly. European brand. Back zip, lined, side ties at bottom, and beautiful fabric covered button detailing on top left side. Would look great with a white T shirt or tank top, Jean jacket and strappy sandals.
