Gorgeous Royal blue Gown w/ Rhinestone one shoulder long sleeve dress

There is no brand on this, As there is no tag. It does say that it’s a 3X, however Pit to Pit is 22.5 in, So it’s a very small 3X. The material is Poly/Spandex, So there is def stretch. From very top of neckline all the way down to bottom is about 70in. Rhinestone around collar, on shoulder, waist as well as the wrist. There is a mesh V neck in the back as seen in pic.
