Gorgeous Royal Blue Prom/Homecoming Dress

This gorgeous Royal Blue dress was the talk of my high school dance. It flows perfectly in the wind. If you twirl it has an amazing end layer that falls perfectly. Extremely comfortable and stretchy. Beautiful jeweled accessories on the collar bone area of the straps on the dress. Beautiful ruffled layer appeal to hide in problem areas/bulginess on the mid section. Only worn once! Tag says XL for Juniors, but may fit like a M/L.
