I bought this jacket a couple of years ago at a flea market and it’s just lovely. It’s cut a little closer to the body and has beautiful vents in the sleeves and back. It is fully reversible, black on one side with pockets, and print on the other side, also with pockets. The buttons on the print side are fully intact but there are a few loose/missing on the black side. A very simple fix but reflected in price. Might be vintage? Not sure! No size or brand tags, but fits like an XS/S.
