Gorgeous Powder Blue Clutch Purse, with extra Straps, GREAT Condition!

This gorgeous clutch can be used with or without straps ( there are two. One is a silver chain, the other a matching blue braided one), The purse is by Lulu Townsend, and measures approx. 10 1/2”. There is a very small mark in one side ( see pic). The purse has never been used.
