Gorgeous Paisley tunic/mini dress purchased on French St. Martin

I saw this FUN mini dress/tunic on a mannequin in French St.Martin and had to have it! Splurged because I was on vacation and it barely fit because it is a French Size L (and their clothes run small). After COVID, it sadly no longer fits. It is a great cotton paisley print in a nice brown, taupe, white and pink; has bell sleeves and elasticized neckline which can be worn on or off the shoulders. Looks great with white or taupe leggings or bare legged with flip flops or boots. Very versatile, could also be used as a coverup.
