livefanci @owdelilahethan No dirt. Still in package. Brand New. Custom designed, so there are no tags. Measurements - currently approx size 16, but you can tailor it to fit any size. Bust - open in back, so doesn’t go all around. Waist - approx 36 inches - but varies depending on how tight you tie it, because it has a tie back. Hips - Flowy loose chiffon, so N/A. I can video call and show dress, sparkles, and quality… just let me know! ☺️
