Item is new without the tags. It is Navy and has so many options measurements are laying flat and estimated. Size is 18 and runs about normal-generous. Chest is 23” Waist / hips of under blouse 25” Length from shoulder to hem of under blouse 24” Jacket sleeves are 3/4 length at 19 1/2” and arm are 8” wide laying flat and have a wide band that you can adjust to your preferred level on your arm. Jacket is open and slightly larger than blouse and both are attached at the shoulder seam. Back tail has a beautiful flare and would be so beautiful as a spring top. The jacket length is 32” from the shoulder to the hemline.
