I can only provide the measurement of approximately 10-12 inches tall. It is in storage right now for safekeeping. But as far as hand blown or where made I do not have that information. In my description I put glass or hand blown. It looks to be hand blown based on the bottom, just cannot confirm. It is a heavy piece with a glass texture. Delicate but heavy. Very pretty piece lit or not. Thank you for inquiring.

@csl0120 I am not sure if the previous reply went to you. As it is in storage, I am guessing it is about 12 inches tall...it could be 14. As far as hand blown or source, it is not label anywhere on the piece. It is heavy and delicate at the same time. I did put glass or hand blown, just not sure of origin. Thank you for inquiring. It is pretty lit or not. Beautiful blue hues.
