Do these really fit like a 4 because I’m usually a 2 but if they r closer to a four maybe they would fit?

I actually only have two left in this color and the one that is on top of the smaller of the two. I’ve included measuring tape for reference. The body of the shorts is more snug than any other Lulu Speed Up shorts.
