Gorgeous J.Valdi blue lace tunic/swim cover-up

Beautiful navy blue floral lace tunic swim cover-up. Really unique and dreamy. Deep vee neckline. Long flared sleeves. Two slits on either side along hem to increase movement ability and breeze ness. No identifying tags other than brand. I’m guessing a size S/M. I wear a size 4 and it’s a bit oversized on me.
