Gorgeous Italian vintage twisted Necklace sterling Silver 925 and Gold

My mil gave this to me. Her family is from Italy and this is quite old. Perfect combination of brushed and sparkling, the width and pronounced twist of the Silver which is gold plated make this so special.It appears as a gold chain but is clearly marked Italian sterling. It is obviously unique. It can be worn alone or add a pendant….Amethyst, sapphire or diamond. 18”
