I wear an adult small and this jacket fits me although it is short waisted. I believe it's a juniors Medium due to the placing of the pockets. It's perfect for adult petite or jr medium. I wear a 4. I'm 5'8" 118 lb. It fits me, although a tiny bit short in the arms. It also seems short waisted. It is a nwot reposh. EC
