This is in perfect condition! It had no alterations except a 1/4 inch hemmed. Could fit anyone from 5'0 to 5'11 due to the train being long enough to make it longer in length. It was still a little long on me but I wore very high heels! Then i changed to Vans at the dance and was still fine. This dress is seriously stunning and such a head turned. delaineyt There are pads that were already built in, with the pads it will fit from an A to C. Without them it would easily fit D-DD. They are an easy remove for sure. The padding just makes it so you don't have to wear a bra :)
