Gorgeous Forever 21 dress multi layer . Metal around arms and neck

This is a beautiful dress with multi layers. It is longer in the back and sides as it has almost like a sheer train that goes down to your ankle area. Underneath is a silky layer that hits Mithai. The waist is elastic and it’s loose fitting. They arms have a nice size hole that is all lined in metal as well as the neck line which is scoop is all lined in metal pieces. This dress was worn once for an event is in great condition. The only thing I’m noticing which may have been there when we purchase this is up on the neck line. If you been the fabric, you can see there’s a stop . link in the metal and a start link in the metal. That may just be how it was made a start and end point and you do not notice it when it’s on and everything is in a continual line but just some thing I noticed.
