Gorgeous Floral toddler smocked dress

This dress is so cute in person! Pink, yellow and green floral with metallic gold (see pictures- it’s such a fun flash in person) on a white background. Ruffle shoulders, smock detail on front. Pearl buttons on back and scalloped bottom hem. Matching scrunchie! Only worn once for a special occasion, washed and hung dry. Only needs a bit of a steam to make it look perfect again!
