Gorgeous, Flirty, Lightweight White, Aqua, Navy and Green Polka Dot Blouse, size 2X. This blouse is lightweight, semi-sheer, and comes with a white camisole. However, one of the camisole straps has stretched and been tied. You can replace the camisole with your own - I'm just including it as a free bonus. It is the blouse itself that is so gorgeous.
