hbreig Hi! this is a soft cream/ivory color, not stark white. This item has never been worn- the back of the halter neck strap has a slight discoloration from the hanger (as shown in the pic) but this part is not seen when on. Wish I had the assets to wear this, hah!

hbreig @jinnshop169 Hi! I am not sure, I have not tried. I'm guessing a dry cleaner could help. But it's the back of the strap so it shouldn't be visible.
