Gorgeous Dress

This dress has a beautiful lace overlay, with a lace shoulder on one side and a spaghetti strap on the other. It has a black ribbon waist line as well. The color is more of an aqua with black and is much smaller than my mannequin, so it is displayed on the hanger. It is in excellent condition and is ready to wear at your next formal/semiformal event. The tag says small, but I'm thinking it's around a size 3.
