Gorgeous Cream Floral Romper

A beautiful cream/ivory romper. It's a halter top with a long gorgeous ruffle as well as a tie/keyhole back. It has an elastized waist with flowy styled shorts. The fabric is very flowy and light. The shorts have an internal layer so they are NOT see through. A fantastic piece for spring or fall because or the colors! The floral is Orange, red, light blue, and dark blue. Easily layerable. Amazing Quality! I work it once at a Grad and it's been in my closet ever since!
