Corset is adjustable but does run very small. Measures 38" at bust and 32" at waist. I wear a size 30 waist in jeans and a 38" bust. I did adjust ribbons and I wore it open as shown in 1st picture. But it does have a panel to cover the back also shown in 1st picture. I wore this one time for my wedding last year. Does come with thong panties that I did not ever put on. Shown in 10th/ 11th photos. No stains, tears or any sign of wear. Truly beautiful garment!

wheelchef what is max opening? 38?

adeleturtle @wheelchef I'm a 38 bust, 30 waist and i have lost weight since I'd originally bought it. I can't say for certain how much more give it would have. But I'm certain you could wear it a little looser than I did. I added another picture of the way it is tied and how much ribbon there is. I hope this helps.
