hi! just wondering about sizing - i normally wear xs in clothing and s in outerwear, but i've tried on tulle coats before and they've been a little snug in the shoulders even in the m size. would you say this is true to size or smaller than average?

I would say true to size as I am a small and it fits perfectly. I can take measurements if you would like. Just let me know!

I took the measurements. Shoulder to shoulder is 15 inches flat across, shoulder to armpit is 8 inches, armpit to armpit is 18 inches, waistline is 16 inches, and full length is about 33 inches. Hope this helps!
