Gorgeous Red So Kate Pigalle Spikes. Comes Size 42 and fits a true 11. This is a posh resale, but cannot fit the shoes, they were too big on me 3. I'm between a size 10 - 10.5 in US and wear a 41.5 in the so Kate's and thought the 42 might provide slight comfort, but they were flopping off my feet and didn’t wear them .
