The 2 outside sections are zippered and the large middle section closes with magnetic button closure. There are also slip pockets and zipper pocket inside. No rubbing on the exterior of this bag that I can see at all except for on the underside of the straps that you can't even see. I posted picture of the straps on outside and the inside. As you can see on one of the straps there is small crack on the underside. Again, it does not effect how beautiful this Coach Purse is! Also has the Coach hanging tag. The hardware on the bag may have a little fading and you can look at the pictures. This is a must have bag for your collection and will be great for any occasion.
