Absolutely gorgeous semi-custom dress. Received more compliments than ever on this dress. Stretchy material. My measurements: 34B, 24/25 waist, 5’4” and wearing 3.5” heels with this dress. Raw hem bottom. I cut the bottom with scissor to hem so do not expect the bottom cut to be perfect, but it looks pristine when on. Neck scarf was self-made from extra material from the bottom, I can ship with neck scarf if you request it.
