Gorgeous Brown Floral Harper Top- Torrid Size 4- NEVER WORN

This harper top is beautiful!! Its light and would look great with black slacks. Sadly, does not fit. Never worn!!! Washed once but not worn out. Size 4 ( 24/26) No stretch, would say fits more like 24
