Gorgeous Blue XS Aqua Dress - Brand New - Wedding or Prom!

This is a brand new Aqua Ruffled Hem Midi Dress from Bloomingdale's. The website pictures attached are of a black version. This version is in blue/ turquoise. The color and fit are beautiful. The feel is lovely. It is a little small for me so I'm hoping someone else can benefit from this dress. This is brand new with the tags still attached. I bough it this past Spring.
