Gorgeous Blue Summer Dress

This is a great dress to wear as is or add a scarf or kimono for a night out. Has lots of stretch. There are a few little thread snags in the straps. There is also some threading missing from the top. See last pic. Price reflects. No rips, stains or tears. Measures about 40” from top of strap to bottom.
