Gorgeous Blue Knee-Length Textured Sleeveless Dress

Cobalt blue knee-length sleeveless dress with amazing texture and bust darts for shape. A couple small flaws as pictured. Size 10 and stretchy. Pit to pit is roughly 18” and top of shoulder to hem is roughly 36.5”. I loved this dress! It just doesn’t fit anymore.
