Gorgeous Black velvet roses top by Torrid, worn once! Off shoulder bell sleeve

I wore this beauty to a taping of a talk show and never again! EUC! Black velvety soft off shoulder top! There isn’t a cowl neck but I couldn’t get it to stay on my mannequin because it’s off shoulder. Gorgeous!
