Gorgeous Black tulle strapless cocktail dress

This tulle strapless dress is knee length (32"). Beautiful cream silk band with bow at the left side gives a nice empire waist. Beading and rosettes at the right starting at hem. Two layers of tulle and 2 layers of black lining. So many compliments in this dress! It's stunning!
