Gorgeous Black Halter Top A-Line Dress Med

This super flattering black a-line halter dress has fine brocade details adding a touch of elegance. The attached tulle petticoat gives the perfect amount of flare. No size tag, measurements shown in pictures. I typically wear a size 10/12 and this fits great, just a touch tight in the chest. Perfect for someone with a smaller chest size!
