Gorgeous Black Evening Dress Sz M

Love this dress!! I wore it to a wedding and my sister wore it for Valentine's Day. It is best for small busted women and already comes with a bust lining so no need for a bra. I prefer wearing it with a strapless bra however. The material is layered. The top material has sparkles and black velvet design. The bottom of the dress has a kerchief look. Size large, but fits like a M.
