coneldo @othersideofrain Hi. The waist is 25”. Also, it didn’t come with a belt, but there is a string belt loop on one side of the dress if you want to add one. As far as length, it is at or below the knee, depending on your height. Let me know if you have any other questions! Thanks. On a side note, this dress came from Betsey Johnson’s New York closet, where my daughter worked directly for her.
