Up for your consideration is a beautiful sequin blouse/vest by Judith Ann Creations. It is 80s and so disco. It’s in excellent used condition with no issues found. The sequins are silver and blue……there is a matching scarf. The size tag is missing, but it’s 20 inches from pit to pit. The arms are a wide opening.
