@tambug1971 long story short, Verizon sent my 89-year old grandmother a phone that was locked to AT&T and then told her to contact Google. I was able to get in contact with AT&T and get it unlocked. But it was such a huge miscommunication and mix-up for her, she was completely confused. So she’s done with Google and Verizon bc they were unhelpful. :-/
