Goodnight Macaroon tank top

Powder blue frilled tank top with tie straps with adorable colorful pom Pom detail. NWT. Is a thick cotton material, almost feels like very light denim. I tried it on with a spray tan so there’s small streaks on the inside (pictured above) that WILL 100% COME OFF IN THE WASH. I just didn’t wash it because I didn’t want to remove tags however I will wash before sending if you prefer me to!!
