Good condition Lulu’s navy mini dress

Cute short sleeved T dress with back zipper that runs about 3/4 length of dress. Ruffle/fringe detail at bottom that runs all the way around dress. 100% rayon with a polyester lining. Material is thick but dress is pretty short! Total length measured from center front neckline to bottom is slightly over 29 inches.
