This J. Jill dress is all about the drawstring/tie waist and the pleated skirt. Can determine how you would like this to fit - either blouson or drop waist. Easily transition through all seasons and has ability to be dressed up or down. 3/4 Sleeve No pockets. 63% Polyester, 32% Rayon, 5% Spandex Machine washable, line dry Good condition, pre-owned. There is no real pilling - the fabric is just one that collects fuzz so must be maintained. No stains or holes. Please be sure to review all photos and measurements.
