These jeans are in excellent condition. Barely worn. Purchased at Nordstrom originally for $150. - Waist is approximate in measurements. It does have some elasticity. I stretched it in front of the tape and it is my guess that it stretches about 1-2 inches when worn. (I can fold them over to a low rise when they are on with the stretch waist. It is THAT elastic. But it holds in place if you leave it alone.) - High Rise Fit - Slimming style. Slim fit in thighs and flare with slit at bottom. - Soft fabric, but still has some structure to it. Really nicely made. - See photos for measurements. No tears, stains or excessive wear.
