Are these high rise? What is the inseam?

@betsylochridge Hi! I believe they are high rise but I am not exactly sure as the tags do not state high rise. They do cover my belly button when I put them on but they are a size too big for me. I added a photo of the inseam measurement and the tag with the style number.

@betsylochridge I am a 6 or 8 in Good American jeans. I have been losing baby weight but I do think these shorts fit a little bigger/looser than the size 8 in the jeans I have. You can also look at reviews on good american website and a few people said they had to size down.
