Beautiful soft leather in good overall condition. This originally had a fur collar and has some tiny holes where it was removed. Personally I would add one back. At the bottom there is a 1/2” split in the trim by the zipper, doesn’t affect wear and you probably won’t ever notice it. Light wear at cuffs and the back of one arm.
