aalston10 @gabbyeim Hi, thank you for your interest. I haven’t attempted to clean the marks, but I don’t think they will come fully off—again I haven’t tried, but I don’t want to mislead you and say they will come off.

gabby_ain @aalston10 I understand. I will do some research to see if there’s anything out there about cleaning off this specific bag. Can you add a closer up photo of the left side of the front of the bag? Is there a loose thread there?
